Imkan Investment began its journey upon identifying a significant gap in the real estate market, where customers faced challenges in effortlessly selecting projects that aligned with their needs and budgets. Moreover, marketing campaigns often lacked the clarity needed to effectively attract target audiences. To address this, we decided to offer innovative real estate marketing solutions that simplify access to property opportunities. In April 2022, the company was established by a group of Egyptian and Arab investors, each with over 15 years of experience in Egyptian and Gulf real estate development.
